How to use it
Mention it when you schedule
Let the office know you would like to use the military discount when you request your consultation.
Bring proof of service
Show one of the following in person at your consultation: a DD-214, VA ID card or Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), military ID, or a state driver’s license or ID with a veteran designation. Spouses can show a military dependent ID card.
Review your quote
Your quote will reflect the discount on eligible services.
Offer terms
- The discount applies only to Dr. Castro’s fees for aesthetic services and cannot be combined with other offers. It excludes injectables, skincare products, Medicare- or insurance-covered services, and third-party costs such as anesthesia, facility fees, implants, medications, and surgical supplies.
- This offer may change at any time. Your discount holds while your quote is valid and locks in with your deposit. If you cancel, a future booking follows the terms in effect then.
